Job Responsibility

• Responsible for the preparation, analysis and review of the Centre’s financial and management report as follow;
• Monthly management account, financial reports and cash flow projection.
• Quarterly GST submission.
• Yearly audited account
• Yearly budgeting and financial projection
Liaise with the external auditor and relevant authorities to ensure compliance to the statutory requirements and financial reporting standard.
• Handle all accounts and bank conciliations of the Centre
• To manage and co-ordinate the annual revenue budget and to produce all statutory and regulatory documents.
• To ensure proper management, maintenance and control of finance and accounting within the organization.

Job Pre-Requisite

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Financial/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Candidates must possess at least 5 years PQE and experience in handling a team.
• Knowledgeable in financial and management accounting and system management.
• Ability to work independent, under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
