The AIAC is pleased to organise its eighth AIAC Adjudicators Continuing Competency Development (“CCD”) Workshop Series, titled “Addressing Set-off Claims for LAD, Non-Completion, EOT, etc in Adjudications” on Saturday, 28^th August 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (MYT), virtually through the AIAC’s Zoom platform.

Both legally and non-legally trained individuals who regularly participate in the CIPAA adjudication proceedings are encouraged to register for this workshop. Speakers of this workshop will cover an in-depth review of issues in relation to jurisdictional challenges, supplemented by practical examples and up-to-date case laws. This workshop will be presented by Ms. Lynnda Lim Mee Wan and Mr. Soh Lieh Sieng.

In order to achieve optimum and effective delivery of this workshop, virtual seats are limited on a first-come, first-served basis, with a registration fee of RM40.
