The second Arbitration-In-Practice Workshop (AIP Workshop) for the year 2022 organised by the AIAC Academy in collaboration with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Malaysia Branch) (“CIArb Malaysia Branch”) titled, “Jurisdictional Issues and Challenges to the Arbitral Tribunal” is scheduled on:

The workshop will focus on several important areas including the relevant factors regarding jurisdictional issues, CIArb’s guideline on jurisdictional challenges, as well as best practices and tips in controlling the proceedings.
