AIAC Adjudicators Continuing Competency Development (CCD) Workshop Series: Understanding Loss and Expense Claims in Adjudication
We have come to our fourth instalment of the AIAC Adjudicators Continuing Competency Development (CCD) Workshop Series for the year 2022.
In this session titled, “Understanding Loss and Expense Claims in Adjudication”, our expert panel of speakers namely Mr. Rodney Martin (Charlton Martin Group) and Mr. John Wong (Charlton Martin Consultants Sdn Bhd) will look into the different categories of loss and expenses in a contract as well as share their views and experiences in such cases.
