The experienced panel of speakers, namely Mr. Kamraj Nayagam (Mah-Kamariyah & Philip Koh) and Ms. K. Shanti Mogan (Shearn Delamore & Co.) will explore several key matters related to Joinders and Consolidation which includes the definition, procedures and consideration as well consolidation.
The speakers will be assisted by experienced tutors, namely Mr. Aniz Ahmad Amirudin (Cecil Abraham & Partners) and Ms. Tan Min Lee (Gan Partnership) for the tutorial session.
