Arbitration-In-Practice (AIP) Workshop Series 2022: Interim Measures and Emergency Arbitrators
The AIAC Academy is delighted to present the fifth Arbitration-In-Practice (AIP) Workshop this year, co-organised with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb Malaysia Branch) titled, “Interim Measures and Emergency Arbitrators”.

The workshop will feature two experienced speakers namely Mr. Mohanadass Kanagasabai (Mohanadass Partnership) and Mr. Lim Tuck Sun (Chooi & Company + Cheang & Ariff (CCA)) who will go through relevant issues such as the types of interim measures and consideration, court assistance under the Arbitration Act 2002, risks and benefits or emergency arbitration procedure, and more.
The speakers will be assisted by Datin Chu Ai Li (Azman Davidson & Co) and Ms. Vatsala Ratnasabapathy (Zain & Co.) for the tutorial session.
