The AIAC’s Adjudicators Continuing Competency Development (CCD) Workshop Series is back for 2025!

Featuring distinguished panellists and insightful discussions on adjudication and the Malaysian construction industry, the 2025 edition will feature a total of five (5) hybrid workshops that run from April to November as follows: 

• 12^th April 2025 - Year in Review: Case Law Updates on Adjudication
• 17^th May 2025 - The Adjudicator’s Perspectives: Issues and Challenges in the Conduct of CIPAA Proceedings
• 12^th July 2025 - Strategising Your Case: Drafting Proper Notices, Claims and Written Submissions for Adjudication Proceedings
• 13^th September 2025 - The Art of Drafting Enforceable Adjudication Decisions
• 1^st November 2025 - Open Forum Discussion on CIPAA and Adjudication

The CCD Workshop is designed to equip you with essential knowledge and practical skills to navigate the intricacies of the adjudication proceedings under CIPAA effectively.
