Join us for an interactive and informative morning as the Director of the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) and Immediate Past President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), Datuk Professor Sundra Rajoo introduces the new KLRCA Arbitration Rules 2017 which has been designed to greatly increase efficiency and quality in KLRCA administered cases which saw record numbers in 2016.

Professor Sundra will also be sharing his views on the developments in arbitration in Asia before looking into the impact of the famous “Belt Road” initiative on the dispute resolution market. Areas of focus include; the economic and legal developments, enhancing legal protections for investments and international projects, and the harmonisation of arbitration laws in Belt Road countries.
