Culture in International Arbitration: A Sino-European Comparison
Culture plays an important role in international arbitration as cases often involve parties from different countries (and consequently, different legal systems and traditions). Our evening seminar will examine the effects of culture on arbitral proceedings, offering unique practitioner insights from the Chinese and European perspectives. The panelists will discuss culture in international arbitration in both the investor-state and commercial arbitration domains.
Admission is free. Limited seats remain.
