The KLRCA recently launched the Standard Form of Building Contracts and embarked on a series of Roadshows introducing the Suite of Contracts to key industry players in Johor, Penang, Sarawak and Sabah.
The 1st series of Roadshows focused on the Key Features of the Contracts, Guide to the KLRCA SFC Website, Statutory Adjudication and Construction Industry, Art of Adjudication Decision Writing, and Arbitration: Procedure and Overview.
Following its success, this time around, apart from learning the Key Features of the Contracts and the SFC Website Interaction, delegates will be exposed to the Crucial Terms and Provisions of the Contracts - their reasoning and significance, Application of Essential Provisions in the Contracts, listen in on a Panel Discussion on the Contracts as well as have the opportunity to engage in a Q&A session with the Experts.
