The AIAC will be hosting the Soft Launch of the International Intellectual Property Commercialization Council (IIPCC) Malaysia Chapter on the 3^rd of March 2020 at Bangunan Sulaiman.

The IIPCC is a global, non-profit, non-partisan organization providing a platform for the innovator and entrepreneur communities and enterprises to increase their understanding of intellectual property (IP) and to gather resources for unleashing the value and realizing the commercialization potential of their creative and innovative IP into products, services, or processes. The IIPCC is also a recognized permanent observer of World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), United Nations.

The IIPCC offers a trusted global social network that brings the IP and business worlds together, facilitating the circulation of innovations and their IP in an entrepreneurial ecosystem for IP commercialization to benefit communities around the world.

Recognising the need to increase the awareness among the public and industry players of the role of arbitration and mediation as an alternative in IP and technology dispute resolution as well as to promote AIAC as the designated dispute resolution service provider, the AIAC is delighted to partner with IIPCC as a co-organiser of the IIPCC Malaysia Soft Launch.

The Soft Launch will include two panel sessions on IP Commercialization and Trade Secrets as well as a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) exchange between the AIAC and IIPCC.
