The global arbitration community is not known to have a hard and fast rule to define what a good arbitral award may be. As different arbitral seats impose different rules and standards, the Judiciary, arbitrators, lawyers, and arbitral institutions seem to have different approaches and benchmarks in drafting and assessing a good or rather, enforceable arbitral award. The speakers in this webinar will consider these issues from different perspectives: those of the Judiciary, the practitioner and the administrative authority, and share their views on the factors constituting a good arbitral award, as well as the common mistakes and pitfalls one often finds in the same.
