This is one of the unique features of international arbitration which is absent from a lot of other dispute resolution mechanisms. It has shaped and developed practice in international arbitration.

In this webinar, we will discuss how “cultural differences” in international arbitration affect the conduct of arbitration proceedings. The panel will address issues such as style of written submissions, presentation of evidence, document production, cross-examination, oral hearings.
