Effective Management of Energy Disputes in Malaysia and South East Asia
You are invited to a seminar on strategies for effective management of energy disputes. The event will take place at the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on Thursday 13 October.
The drop in global oil and gas prices have impacted the economies of many South East Asian countries. As a result, this has led to the cancellation of many contracts and the generation of a significant number of disputes in the Energy sector. DWF, in association with Chooi & Company and the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) is hosting a workshop in Kuala Lumpur to provide practical guidance and on how to effectively manage an energy dispute in Malaysia and South East Asia.
