The AIAC is pleased to open its registration for its inaugural Continuing Competency Development (“CCD”) Workshop Series, titled “Adjudication Case Law Update” which is scheduled on Saturday, 30^th January 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the AIAC’s Bangunan Sulaiman. This interactive workshop will afford participants an opportunity to discuss the latest adjudication case law updates, and highlight how case law affects the interpretation and application of the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (“CIPAA”) provisions to adjudication proceedings.

Only a limited number of seats are available and early registrants will be prioritised. We encourage both legally trained and non-legally trained individuals who regularly appear and participate in CIPAA proceedings to register for this workshop. 

Strict compliance to the Government’s and AIAC’s social distancing and entry guidelines must be adhered to at all times during this workshop. 1 CCD point will also be granted to participants of this workshop.
