The AIAC and the AIAC YPG are pleased to conduct the second session of AIAC Mooting Workshop 2021, titled “Deciphering the CISG: Applicability and Contractual Obligations”. Young practitioners and students alike are all invited to participate in this workshop, which will be conducted virtually, via our Zoom platform on Friday, 19^th February 2021 at 7:00pm (MYT).

The workshop will touch on the substantive laws in relation to the 2021 Moot Problem for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and discuss, amongst others, the applicability of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and the contractual obligations under the CISG. 

Presenters for this workshop will include, Dr. Edgardo Muñoz (Universidad Panamericana), Hee Hui Ting (Shearn Delamore & Co.) and Duncan Gorst (Hogan Lovells International LLP), with AIAC's Chelsea Pollard moderating the session.
