We are pleased to invite all sports enthusiasts to participate in the first of the CAS Workshops that is just around the corner on Thursday, 9^th September 2021 from 3.00 p.m to 5.00 p.m MYT (+8 GMT). 

Titled “Disputes to CAS: Understanding the Sports Arbitration Framework”, this workshop will touch on CAS’ jurisdiction, the power of the Swiss Federal Tribunal and the overall procedures of a CAS proceeding. The workshop will feature two very experienced instructors, namely Mr. Paul Hayes QC and Mr. Clifford J. Hendel from 39 Essex Chambers and Hendel IDR, respectively. There is a minimal fee of RM30.00 for the workshop and seats are limited on a first come-first serve basis.
