Book Launch: “International Arbitration with Commentary on Malaysian Arbitration Act 2005” (Authored by Hon. Justice Datuk Dr. Haji Hamid Sultan bin Abu Backer, Court of Appeal Malaysia)

Seminar: Critical Issues on International and Domestic Arbitration: Judges’ Perspective

Areas that will be covered during this seminar are:

•     Enforcement of awards
•     i-Arbitration

Following the book launch and seminar, which will conclude at around 6.30pm, the KLRCA will be hosting a ‘Majlis Berbuka Puasa’ at the centre’s rooftop Pavilion for the speakers and all attendees. There is no charge to attend this seminar but, in view of capacity limitations, attendees must register in advance to events@klrca.org. This event will carry 2 CPD points.
