The workshop will feature opening remarks by YB Dato’ Sri Azalina Othman Said, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Law and Institutional Reform) and Expert Presentation on Key Issues and Challenges Arising from Third-Party Funding in Malaysia by Mr. Philip Koh Tong Ngee. Other esteemed speakers include Ms. Kim M Rooney, Professor Catherine A. Rogers, Professor Victoria Shannon Sahani, Dr. Patricia Zivkovic and Mr. James Clanchy.
