Global Arbitration Review – The Asia-Pacific Arbitration Review 2013

The Global Arbitration Review (GAR) has published a series of 2013 special reports designed to help general counsels, arbitrators and practitioners seize the opportunities of international arbitration. The Asia-Pacific Arbitration Review 2013 provides an update – written by the experts – on developments in key jurisdictions.
Chapter 3 of the report focuses on Malaysia. Written by Chong Yee Leong and Choi Fuh Mann from Kamilah & Chong and Rajah & Tann LLP, it discusses arbitration in Malaysia (as well as that of KLRCA’s role), the developments so far and the prospects for the future.
