KLRCA Signs Collaboration Agreement with the International Arbitration Institute (IAI) of the University of Miami

The Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) and the International Arbitration Institute (IAI) of the University of Miami School of Law have signed a collaboration agreement. The agreement promotes co-operation between the two institutions in the area of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). The agreement was signed by Ms Marike Paulsson (Director of the International Arbitration Institute and Lecturer in Law) and Datuk Professor Sundra Rajoo (Director of the KLRCA).

This latest strategic collaboration is in line with KLRCA’s key growth philosophy of enhancing the local, regional and global ADR landscape through cross border collective affiliations and endeavours.
